摘要
文中通过计算机辅助工程研究分析连杆零件的注塑成型工艺,利用模拟注塑,求解工艺参数,根据分析结果,查找注塑缺陷,从模具结构、制件结构等多方面进行改进,优化设计,解决了熔接痕问题,使制件最终满足使用中强度要求,并提出了多种网格缺陷处理流程,使分析结果更精确。
Through CAE analysis the injection molding process of link, the use of injection molding simulation, solving process parameters, according to the results of the analysis, find defects injection from mold structure, structural parts and many other improvements to solve the problem of weld lines, so parts eventually meet the strength requirements, and made a variety of grid defect treatment process, make a more accurate results.
