摘要
介绍了炉内喷钙系统在循环流化床锅炉上的应用,通过炉内廉价的石灰石脱硫系统,对于含硫量在0.35%以下的煤种基本可以实现达标排放,同时也是最低成本的脱硫运行方式。分析了对于含硫超过0.35%的煤种,投入炉内脱硫后,可以减轻炉后脱硫的压力,实现脱硫系统的低成本运行。得出了炉内脱硫系统在当前环保排放标准下应用于循环流化床锅炉上的成功案例及广泛应用前景。
This paper introduces the application of furnace calcium injection system in circulating fluidized bed boiler,Through the cheap limestone desulfurization system in furnace, for sulfur content can be achieved discharge standards basically in the coal below 0.35%; at the same time is the lowest cost of desulfurization operation mode. It analyzes coal sulfur content of more than 0.35%, throw into the furnace desulfurization, reduces the pressure furnace desulfurization, realizes the low cost operation of the FGD system. This is a successful case, which have extensive application prospect.
