重复经颅磁刺激治疗精神分裂症疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨重复经颅磁刺激(r TMS)治疗精神分裂症的疗效。方法 140例精神分裂症患者分为观察组和对照组,每组70例。2组患者均给予奥氮平口服治疗,每日10~20 mg,观察组患者在此基础上给予r TMS治疗。治疗前后应用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评估疗效并测定血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平。结果治疗后2组患者PANSS阴性、阳性评分及总分均较治疗前降低(P〈0.05);且观察组患者PANSS阴性、阳性评分及总分均较对照组低(P〈0.05)。对照组患者治疗6周后血清BDNF水平较治疗前升高(P〈0.05);观察组患者治疗2、6周后血清BDNF水平均较治疗前升高(P〈0.05)。治疗6周后,观察组患者血清BDNF水平高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论r TMS治疗精神分裂症疗效显著。 Objective To explore the curative effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation( r TMS) on patients with schizophrene. Methods One hundred and forty patients with schizophrenia were divided into observation group and control group,with 70 cases in each group. Both of the two groups were treated with olanzapine 10- 20 mg per day orally. Bases on this,the patients in observation group were treated by r TMS. The curative effect was evaluated by the positive and negative symptoms scale( PANSS) and the level of serum brain derived neurotrophic factor( BDNF) was determined before and after treatment. Results The negative scores,positive scores and total scores of PANSS of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment( P 0. 05);and the negative scores,positive scores and total scores of PANSS of the patients in observation group were lower than those in control group( P 0. 05). The level of serum BDNF in control group after treatment for six weeks was higher than that before treatment( P 0. 05). The level of serum BDNF in observation group after treatment for two and six weeks was higher than that before treatment( P 0. 05). After treatment for six weeks,the level of serum BDNF in observation group was higher than that in control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion The therapy of r TMS in treating schizophrenia is effective.
