HPLC法测定民族药材广枣中金丝桃苷的含量

Determination of hyperoside in ethnic drug Choerospondias axillaris(Roxb.) Burttet Hill. by HPLC

目的：建立民族药材广枣中金丝桃苷的HPLC测定方法。方法：采用HPLC法测定;流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸-三乙胺溶液（25：30：0.1：0.15）,流速1.0m L·min-1,检测波长为350nm,柱温为30℃。结果：金丝桃苷在0.007~0.464μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999;平均回收率100.37%,RSD=1.68%（n=6）。结论：药材中金丝桃苷含量高,成分稳定,测定方法简便、可靠,重现性好。

Objective： To establish anHPLC method for the determination of hyperoside in national medicine materials Choerospondiasaxillaris （ Roxb. ） BurttetHill. Method： High performance liquid chromatography was used, column ： Kromasi - C18 （200mm × 4.6mm, 5 μm） ; mobile phase ： Methanol - water - phosphate acid - triethylamine （25 ： 30：0.1：0.15 ） ; the detection wavelength ： 350nm. Results ： Hyperoside in the range of 0.007 0.464μg, showed good linear relationship. The average recovery of hyperoside was 100.37% with RSD1. 68%. Conclusion ： Hyperoside content high, stable composition, determination method is simple, reliable , reproducible and can be used for the evaluation quality of Choerospondiasaxillaris （ Roxb. ） BurttetHill.
