终末期冠状动脉疾病的间充质干细胞疗法

摘要 近年来,基于胚胎或者成体干细胞的细胞疗法,对两个经典的观念提出了严峻的挑战:第一,过去认为血管发生过程只出现在胚胎期[1],但是现在许多研究者认为,中胚层前体细胞或血管母细胞侵入到不同胚胎器官,并在原位组装形成初级毛细血管丛,进而发展为血管系统;成人骨髓干细胞或内皮祖细胞,也可以被吸收并结合到新血管生成的组织中[2-4];第二,心肌细胞是终末分化的细胞,成年后不能再生。
