潘塞缇法治疗先天性马蹄内翻足的效果观察

Efficacy of ponseti method for the treatment of congenital clubfoot

目的探讨潘塞缇法治疗先天性马蹄内翻足(CCF)的临床疗效。方法 84例CCF患儿随机分为观察组与对照组,各42例。观察组行潘塞缇法治疗,对照组行肌力平衡术治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的82.76%(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率为0.00%,显著低于对照组的9.52%(P<0.05);观察组的复发率为11.67%,显著低于对照组的22.41%;治疗后观察组的Pirani评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论潘塞缇法治疗CCF疗效显著,可避免手术创伤,操作简便,医疗费用低,值得推广应用。

Objective This article was to investigate the clinical efficacy of ponseti method for the treatmentofcongenitalclubfoot（CCF）.Methods 84casesofchildrenwithCCFwererandomlydividedinto observation group and control group, 42 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group underwent the therapy of ponseti method while the patients in the control group underwent muscle strength balance method, the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 93.33%, which significantly higher than that of control group （82.76%,P〈0.05）.The incidence of complications in the observation group 0.00%, it was significantly lower than that in the control group （9.52%,P〈0.05）.Relapse rate of observation group （8.33%） was significantly lower than that in the control group （22.41%）.Pirani score of observation group was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Ponseti method for the treatment of CCF has a significant effect, it can avoid surgical trauma, operation is simple, with low medical costs, should be widely applied.
