手术室护理查对制度在防范护理纠纷中的意义

The significance of nursing check system for preventing nursing disputes in operation room

目的：探讨手术室护理查对制度在防范护理纠纷中的意义。方法选择我院未执行手术室护理查对制度时的手术患者273例，执行手术室护理查对制度时的手术患者275例，比较两组护理纠纷发生率情况。分别在上述病例中选择4-5月手术的患者73例和75例，比较两组护理满意度情况。结果实施前调查手术患者73例，对护理工作满意率为75．34％，实施后调查75例，对护理工作满意率为90．67％，实施后明显高于实施前（ P＜0．05）。实施前调查患者273例，护理纠纷发生率为3．66％，实施后调查275例，护理纠纷发生率为0．73％。实施后明显低于实施前（ P＜0．05）。结论手术室护理查对制度实施后，护理纠纷发生率明显降低，护理满意度明显提高。
