循证护理对脑出血患者生活质量及护理满意率的影响

Influence of evidence- based nursing on life quality and nursing satisfaction rate of patients with cerebral hemorrhage

目的探讨分析循证护理对脑出血患者生活质量及护理满意率的影响。方法选取2012年8月至2013年6月我院收入治疗的脑出血患者84例,随机平分为对照组和实验组,对照组42例患者采用常规护理,实验组42例患者采用循证护理,对比分析两组患者的生活质量及护理满意率。结果两组患者护理前生活质量情况无统计学差异,(P>0.05);护理后,实验组患者生活质量评分明显高于对照组,(P<0.05);且观察组患者护理满意40例,护理满意率95.2%,对照组护理满意34例,护理满意率为81.0%,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论对脑出血患者实施循证护理可以有效改善患者的生活质量,同时提高患者对护理的满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective We were to analyze the influence of evidence-based nursing on life quality and nursingsatisfactionrateofpatientswithcerebralhemorrhage.Methods 84patientswithcerebralhemorrhage were selected from our hospital from August 2012 to June 2013.They were divided into two groups randomly.42 patients in contrast group taken regular nursing, 42 patients of experiment group were given evidence -based nursing, compared the life quality and nursing satisfaction rate of two the two groups.Results The difference of life quality between the two groups was not statistically significant before treatment （P〉0.05）.Quality scores of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of control after the treatment （P〈0.05）.40 cases of patients in observation group were satisfied with nursing, nursing satisfaction rate was 95.2%, however, there were only 34 cases of patients in the control group satisfied with nursing and nursing satisfaction rate was 81.0%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Evidence-based care can effectively improve the life quality of patients with cerebral hemorrhage and improve nurse satisfaction of care, worthy of clinical application.
