重庆市硕士研究生心理健康现状及影响因素的研究

Mental Health Status and Related Influencing Factors of Postgraduates in Chongqing

目的了解重庆地区硕士研究生的心理健康现状及其影响因素。方法对18名硕士研究生、6名专业人员以及2名从事研究生工作的领导和管理人员进行个人访谈。应用SCL-90量表对重庆市高校258名硕士研究生进行问卷调查。结果研究生的心理状态总体状况较好,但仍有一部分研究生存在心理问题。SCL-90问卷调查结果显示:与西部高校在读硕士研究生比较,重庆市硕士研究生在强迫症状方面得分较高,而在敌对方面得分较低,且有统计学差异(P<0.05);与全国其他省市相比,重庆市硕士研究生在强迫及精神症状方面问题较突出。巨大的压力是造成研究生心理问题的重要原因,人格特质、应对方式、社会支持是影响心理健康的主要因素,而成长环境、生活事件为次要因素。结论研究生的心理健康问题不容忽视,要从社会、学校、导师、研究生本人多方面努力,以改善研究生的心理健康水平。

ObjectiveTo explore the mental health status and the relevant influencing factors of the postgraduates in Chongqing.MethodsTotal-ly 18 postgraduates,6 professionals and 2 officers engaging in the management of postgraduates were individually interviewed. And 258 postgradu-ates in Chongqing were investigated by the self-reporting questionnaire（SCL-90）.ResultsThe general status for the mental health of the postgrad-uates was good,but there were still various mental health problems among the postgraduates. The results of SCL-90 showed that scores of the post-graduates in Chongqing in compulsion were higher than the general postgraduate students in the western region of China,and scores in hostility werelower（P 0.05）. Comparing with the postgraduates in other regions of China,the postgraduates in Chongqing showed poorer performance in com-pulsion and mental symptoms. Tremendous stress was the important cause of mental health problems. Personality,social support,and coping stylewere the major factors influencing the mental health of the postgraduates,while growing environment and life events were the secondary factors.ConclusionThe mental health of the postgraduates is an issue that cannot be neglected. The improvement of the postgraduates＇ mental health must beaccomplished through the joint efforts of society,schools,instructors and the postgraduates themselves.
