竞争情报活动中“社区—技术”模式研究

在知识管理活动与竞争情报活动融合基础之上,文章首先提出了竞争情报实践活动所要求的"社区—技术"两层模式:基础层面向知识管理活动,进阶层关注竞争情报活动。然后,从学习型竞争情报组织、竞争情报契约机制、竞争情报转移机制三方面论述了"社区"元素在竞争情报活动中的应用。最后,以全方位竞争情报技术、竞争情报安全规则和竞争情报推荐机制为突破口阐述了"技术"元素在竞争情报活动中的应用。

Based on the integration of knowledge management activity and competitive intelligence activity, this paper firstly puts forward the mode of ＂community and technology＂ required by competitive intelligence practical activity. The mode consists of two layers： the foundational layer orients knowledge management activity, and higher layer puts emphasis on competitive intelligence activity. Then, the paper discusses the application of ＂community＂ in competitive intelligence activity from 3 aspects, such as learning competitive intelligence organization, competitive intelligence contract mechanism and competitive intelligence transfer mechanism. Finally, the paper expounds the application of ＂technology＂ in competitive intelligence activity based on the break-through of all-round competitive intelligence technology, competitive intelligence sectanurity rnles and competitive intelligence recommendation mechanism.
