摘要
产业集群是当今常见的企业组合模式,而知识共享又是产业集群发展中需要面临的重要问题。文章以此为角度,在分析以往研究的基础上,将影响产业集群知识共享成熟度的因素分为主体、客体、环境、技术4方面,并以此建立评价体系,利用层次分析法—模糊综合评价法,在得出各指标权重的基础上,获得产业集群内,企业知识共享成熟度的最终评分,帮助企业经营者进行决策。
Industrial cluster is a common combination mode of enterprises. Knowledge sharing is also an important issue that enterprises need to face in the development of industrial cluster. Based on the perspective of this and analysis of previous research, this paper classifies the influencing factors of the maturity of enterprise knowledge sharing in industrial cluster into 4 aspects ： subject, object, environment and technology. On the basis of this, the paper constructs the evaluation system and uses analytic hierarchy process to obtain the final score of enterprise knowledge sharing maturity in industrial cluster based on the weights of each index in order to help enterprise managers to make decisions.
