摘要
高管流动为知识资源跨企业边界转移提供了重要机会,如何有效获取流入高管所携带的知识资源,是相关企业面临的重要问题。文章根据动机—能力—机会框架,提出了一个基于二维匹配视角的高管知识跨企业转移模型。该模型从主体和客体两个方面,探讨知识转移双方在价值观、动机和能力方面的契合度,以及被转移知识与接受方(企业)知识的契合度对高管知识转移效果的影响。模型对于理解和理清高管知识跨边界转移的相关规律具有理论价值。
The top executive flow provides an important opportunity for the knowledge resources transfer across enterprise border. How to effectively obtain knowledge resources carried by executive inflow is an important issue that related enterprises are faced with. This paper proposes a model of top executive knowledge transfer across enterprises based on the perspective of two-dimensional matching according to MAO framework. From both subject and object perspectives, the model discusses the fit of knowledge transfer from values, motivations and capacities, as well as knowledge matching effect of the supplier and recipient on knowledge transfer of top executive. The model has theoretical value for understanding and clarifying the rule of executive knowledge transfer across enter- prise border.
