摘要 复杂电子装备通用化、大型化、环境特殊化的特点和新型装备与原有系统叠加组合使用现象日益突出;为应对设备保障灵活化、分布式、组合使用的通用性要求,将网络测试技术、混合总线技术和模块化测试单元组合应用于电子设备不同测试环境内的保障测试项目,通过研究分布式自动测试系统构建过程中所涉及的测试设备组网、混合总线仪器控制等关键技术,提出了基于WLAN的分布式ATS测试方案,通过无线总线桥的设计使用,整合GPIB、VXI、RS232/429和LXI模块化总线测试设备,实现了测试网络根据需求可选择、可重组、分布式,测试设备模块化、体积小、便携通用的设计要求;经实际使用证明能有效提高测试效率,满足多型电子装备多级保障测试需要。 Generalization, complicated, environment--specialized are the characteristics of modern complex electronic equipment, and there is an increasing phenomenon about the combination between old systems and new equipment. To meet general requirements of support equipment like distribution, combination to use. In combination with network technology, mixed--bus technology and modular unit test in security support project under different environments, focusing on the key technologies, testing equipment networking and hybrid--bus instrument controlling, in the process of building a distributed automatic testing system, puts forward the test scheme of ATS based on WLAN; Integration of GPIB, VXI, RS232/429 and LXI modular equipment by designing the wireless--bus-bridge, applied to general requirements including optional, reconfigurable, distributed in test--network and modular, miniaturization, easy to use in test--equipment. The ATS can effectively improve the efficiency of testing, and meet testing needs of system multilevel security for much types of electronic equipment.
