摘要 为解决飞行器传统模拟飞行测试中所配套的测试设备种类繁多、测试现场工作繁杂、安全性和可靠性较低的问题,在某新型飞行器模飞试验测试过程中,提出一种基于PXI总线的模飞综合测试系统设计思路,在PXI高性能虚拟仪器设备总线的基础上搭建硬件平台,再通过模块化软件架构设计和多线程软件设计技术,完成飞行器模飞综合测试系统设计,并结合某飞行器的模飞测试需求进行具体开发,实践表明该系统能够保证飞行器模飞现场测试工作简洁、方便、快捷、安全。 In order to solve the traditional simulated flight test aircraft by supporting a wide range of test equipment, test site work complicated, less security and reliability problems, a new type of aircraft in the flight test mode test procedure is proposed based on PXI bus module fly integrated test system design ideas, building on the basis of a high--performance virtual instruments PXI bus on the hardware platform, and then through a modular software architecture design and multi--threaded software design techniques, complete aircraft flying mode integrated test system design, combined with a vehicle flight test mode specific development needs, practice shows that the system can guarantee aircraft flying field test mode work simple, convenient, fast and safe.
