摘要
液冷设备对相控阵雷达天线冷却和产品安全至关重要,需要设计快速、准确的监控系统对其状态进行监控和处理;采用实时性、可靠性较高的CAN现场总线技术和多级综合控制技术,实现了液冷系统自动闭环控制、监测信息共享及雷达系统级决策控制;综合监控系统可以实时、全面的监控液冷系统状态,对故障自动准确处理,已应用于某雷达型号。
Liquid--cooled equipment is of crucial importance for the radar antenna cooling and secure usage, it requires designing fast and exact monitor system for state of liquid cooled equipment. Using real time and reliable CAN--Bus technology, multilevel and synthetically controlling technology, the system achieve automatic and closed loop controlling, share of monitor message, and systemic decision--making of radar. The system can real--time and roundly detect state of liquid cooled equipment, automatically and accurately deal with failure. The system is used in the practical radar.
