摘要 针对某已定型便携式电缆测试设备,在核心AD芯片停产且交付周期紧迫的情况下,提出了一种利用单片机和另一款AD芯片构成的最小系统替代原AD芯片的解决方案;在详细对比分析了新选AD与原AD芯片的区别和联系的基础上,设计了系统硬件和软件实施方案;测试结果表明,替换后设备测试能力完全满足用户要求;该方案的提出可以为其他产品遇到此类问题提供一种解决思路。 For the situation of the AD chip used in a finalized cable test equipment is stopped producing which is the core of the equipment, and the equipment delivery cycle is very short, the solution of using small system which consists of another type AD chip and MCU to instead previous AD chip is put forward. On the basis of detailed comparison between new AD chip and previous AD chip, the hardware and software solution are designed. The test results show that the test ability of replaced equipment meets customer' s requirement completely. This solution provides an idea for other products encountering the same situation.
