摘要
加强高校教师工程素质培养是提高工程教育质量的前提。我国高校应以"导"明方向,培养教师追求卓越的信念;以"训"为手段,拓展教师工程综合素质;以"助"作保障,优化教师工程素质提升环境,形成"导、训、助"三位一体的教师工程素质培养体系。
Strengthening university teachers' quality is a premise to upgrading the quality of engineering education.Guidance is to clarify the direction and to cultivate the teachers' quality of pursuing excellence.Training is to expand the teachers' comprehensive quality.Assistance is to optimize the environment of teacher's engineering quality promotion.Guidance,training and assistance together compose the trinity mode of teachers' engineering quality cultivation.
