摘要
基于人职匹配理论构建高职院校就业模型,即"3+1"模型,"3"指的是三个指标体系:人才培养评估体系、岗位分析体系、人职匹配结合体系;"1"指的是影响匹配模式建立的环境变量。在此基础上,有针对性地提出相关对策,以帮助高职学生科学规划职业生涯,提升高职毕业生就业质量。
The high vocational colleges' employment model,that is," 3 +1" model,based on the person-job fit theory.The " 3" means three indicator systems,that is,the Personnel training evaluation system,the job analysis system and the person-job fit combining system.The " 1" means environment variable affecting the construct of the matching mode.We proposed related countermeasures targetedly based on the "3+1" model,in order to help high vocational college students programme career scientifically and promote the employment quality of the high vocational college graduates.
