参苓白术散治疗营养不良性周围神经病28例临床观察

Llinical observation of Shenlin Baizu in the treatment of 28 patients with malnutrition peripheral neuritis

目的:探讨参苓白术散结合维生素B1、胞磷胆碱在营养不良性周围神经病治疗中的临床应用价值。方法:选取2011年12月至2013年12月本院收治的营养不良性周围神经病患者28例,均给予参苓白术散结合维生素B1、胞磷胆碱治疗,对照治疗前后症状、体征及肌电图MCV结果,并进行统计学分析。结果:所有患者使用中西医结合治疗1月后,28例患者中显效18,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率92.8%。治疗前后肌电图MCV结果比较,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:参苓白术散结合西医药治疗营养不良性周围神经病安全、有效。

Objective： To investigate the clinical value of combination therapy of Shen Ling Bai Shu San, vitamin B1 and citicoline in the treatment of dystrophic peripheral neuropathy. Methods：28 patients of dystrophic peripheral neuropathy, admitted to our hospital from December 2011 to December 2013, were selected to be given combination therapy of Shen Ling Bai Shu San, vitamins B1 and citicoline. To compare the symptoms, signs, EMG MCV results before and after the treatment, then to statistically analyze. Results：All patients were treated with the combination therapy for one month. Among the 28 cases, 18 presented significant effective, 8 effective, while the other 2 with no effect. The total efficiency is 92.8%. Comparison of the MCV EMG results before and after treatment, the difference was significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：The combination therapy of Shen Ling Bai Shu San malnutrition with western medicine treatment in peripheral neuropathy is safe and effective.
