棉与负离子涤纶纤维混纺纱的生产 被引量:4

摘要 探讨棉与负离子涤纶纤维混纺纱的生产工艺。介绍了负离子涤纶纤维的性能特点及其纺织品的功能;介绍了棉/负离子涤纶纤维60/40 14.5tex混纺纱的工艺流程、所采取的工艺技术及管理措施,并与常规涤棉混纺纱进行了对比。通过工艺优化和采取相关管理措施,顺利生产出棉/负离子涤纶纤维60/40 14.5tex混纺纱。认为:生产该混纺纱,应避免错纤维纱和错号纱;根据纤维性能特点优化工艺,采取适当降低纺纱速度、提高细纱捻度、减少并条和粗纱卷装长度等措施,可以保证成纱质量和生产顺利进行。 Production technology of cotton negative ion polyester fiber blended yarn was discussed. Properties and textile functional of negative ion polyester fiber were introduced. Process, technology and management measures in producing cotton/negative ion polyester fiber 60/40 14.5 tex blended yarn were explained and compared with common cotton polyester blended yarn. Cotton/negative ion polyester fiber 60/40 14.5 rex blended yarn was successfully spun by technology optimization and adopting corresponding management measures. It is considered that wrong fiber and wrong fineness of yarns should be prevented in producing the blended yarn. Processing parameter should be optimized according to fiber properties. Measures like properly decreasing spinning speed,increasing yarn twist,reducing drawing and roll package length and so on should be taken to ensure yarn quality and successful production.
