Production key points of Lyocell 14.5rex ＋ 3.33 tex polyester DTY core spun slub yarn for denirn use were discussed. Properties of Lyocell G100 and polyester DTY were introduced. Yarn constructure,spinning method and technology configuration of Lyocell 14. 5 tex ＋ 3. 33 tex polyester DTY core spun slub yarn were analyzed. Lyocell polyester DTY core spun slub yarn for denim use was finally developed after adopting a series of technology measures. It is considered that the technology key points of spinning Lyocell polyester DTY core spun slub yarn for denim use are technology measures as well controlling temperature and humidity, reasonable configuring processing, selecting specific splicing nozzle and untwisting tube, adopting twist setting at higher temperature and so on.
