摘要
研究纱线体积质量与捻系数及线密度之间的关系.在恒定张力下测量了不同线密度的纯棉纱、纯涤纱、涤棉混纺纱在不同捻系数下的直径,并计算出纱线的体积质量与捻系数的回归方程.试验结果表明:当捻系数在300-425范围内时,其与体积质量之间存在二次曲线关系,当捻系数在300-390的常用范围内时,两者存在线性关系,为准确计算纱线直径提供了依据.认为:所建立的纱线体积质量与捻系数的回归方程,可准确计算纱线直径.
Relationship between yarn volume mass and twist factor was studied. Diameters of pure cotton yarn,pure polyester yarn and cotton polyester blended yarn with different twist factors and different yarn linear densities in constant tension were tested. Regression equation between yarn volume mass and twist factor was calculated. The test results show that there is a quadratic curve relationship between twist factor and volume mass when twist factor is around 300-425. There is a linear relationship between them when twist factor is in common range around 300-390. Basis is provided to accurately calculate yarn diameter. It is considered that the regression equation established between yarn volume mass and twist factor can be used to calculate yarn diameter accurately.
