摘要
利用外部形态和解剖结构特征以及分子生物学方法,对樟子松4个深色外生菌根类型进行了比较研究。4种外生菌根分别属于子囊菌门Ascomycota的盾盘菌属Humaria和空团菌属Cenococcum,以及担子菌门Basidiomycota棉革菌属Tomentella,颜色由黄褐色到深黑色,外层菌套从拟薄壁组织到密丝组织。樟子松这4种外生菌根颜色相近,但可以通过菌套及菌丝特征进行区分。文中研究结果补充和扩大了樟子松外生菌根类型的多样性,并可为樟子松外生菌根鉴定提供依据。
Using the morphological and anatomical features as well as molecular biological methods, four mor- photypes of ectomycorrhizae of Pinus sylvestr/s var. mongolica have been compared. These four ectomycorrhizaes belong to genera Humaria and Cenococcum of Ascomycota, and genus Tomentella of Basidiomycota respectively. They have yellowish ochre to black color and pseudoparenchymatous or plenctenchymatous out mantle layers. The results of this study complemented and expanded the ectomycorrhizal diversity of Pinus sylvestris vat. mongolica, and provided the basis for the identification of ectomycorrhizae.
