三相无变压器隔离光伏逆变器拓扑分析 被引量:6

摘要 三相无变压器隔离光伏逆变器有效率高、成本低等优点,但利用常规拓扑和调制方法难以兼顾多个性能指标。出现较多种拓扑及相应调制方法来解决这一问题。介绍了几种典型的两电平三相无变压器隔离光伏逆变器拓扑,分析比较了其调制方法、开关模式及抑制共模电压减小漏电流原理。建立PSIM/MATLAB联合仿真模型进行仿真分析,分析比较几种拓扑对应调制方法输出共模电压和谐波。仿真结果说明分析的正确性。 Three-phase transformerless photovoltaic inverters have the advantages of high efficiency,low cost,but it is difficult to satisfy multi performance index by use of conventional topologies and modulation methods.There are many types of topologies and their corresponding modulation methods to solve the problem.Several typical two level three-phase transformerless photovoltaic inverters are introduced in this paper,and their modulation methods,switching mode,principle of suppression common voltage to reduce leakage are also analyzed and compared.PSIM / MATLAB co-simulation models are built to analysis and compare of output common mode voltage and harmonics.Simulation results show the correctness of the analysis.
