摘要
分析超声波电视测井仪器采集电路和采集信号的特点。推出一种可简化井下部分采集电路方法,利用高速的采集芯片ADC和可编程逻辑控制器件FPGA实现这一回波信号分析过程。通过Quartus软件Verilog语言对系统进行分状态机、发射及PWM、通信、A/D、PHA模块化设计,通过2路PWM产生高压脉冲激励超声波探头发射超声波,用FPGA采集系统分析回波幅度和判断回波时间,最后利用Modelsim软件仿真各个模块功能,最终调试仿真结果表明该系统可以很好判断回波时间以及幅值,同时大大简化井下电路板的尺寸。
This paper analyzes the characteristic of.sampling circuit and sampling signal of Ultrasonic TV Imaging Logging Tool,introduces a kind of method can simplify the underground part acquisition circuit.By using high-speed acquisition chip ADC and programmable logic control device FPGA to realize the echo signal analysis process.Through Quartus software and Verilog language design system,state machine,PWM,communication,A/D and PHA modular,by 2 road PWM generate high voltage pulse to stimulate ultrasonic probe to emit ultrasonic wave.Judging echo amplitude and echo time with FPGA acquisition system.Each module function simulated by Modelsim software to in the end.Eventually the simulation results show that the system can judge the time and amplitude of echo signal better,and the size of the underground circuit board is greatly simplified.
