摘要
市面上的部分胶管质量不稳定,主要原因是在于部分钢丝合股机生产的合股钢丝不合格。钢丝合股机性能的优劣主要取决于合股机的恒张力控制系统的先进性。系统采用PLC控制器构建了恒张力控制系统。经过仿真实验,能够得到良好的仿真曲线。搭建了试验机型并进行现场测试,测试结果显示合股速度能够达到10m/s,同时通过数据的采集分析和对比,验证了该方法对钢丝的恒张力调节达到了预定的效果,并且具有良好的动态稳定性和抗干扰性。钢丝合股的合股效果完全达到生产的要求。
The quality of Wire hydraulic hose does not meet the requirement,main reason is that twisted wire quality is not qualified.The performance of wire stranding machine mainly depends on the advanced nature of the stranding machine constant tension control system.In this paper we design a control system by using the PLC controller.The good simulation curves can be obtained through the simulation experiment.The test process is preceded through the field test platform built.The test result shows that the speed of wire standing can reach 10m/s.we through the data collection and statistical analysis to compare the results of optimization,prove the method can be reached predetermined effect and has good dynamic stability and anti-jamming.The effect of stranding of wire stranding machine can completely meet the production requirements.
