知柏地黄丸合血府逐瘀胶囊对糖尿病前期患者同型半胱氨酸影响的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Effect of Zhibai Dihuang Pill Combined with Xuefuzhuyu Capsule on Homocysteine of Patients with Pre diabetes

目的:观察知柏地黄丸合血府逐瘀胶囊对糖尿病前期患者同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的影响。方法:将80例阴虚内热、气滞血瘀型糖尿病前期患者随机分为对照组(40例)和治疗组(40例),两组均进行饮食、运动治疗和糖尿病教育,治疗组加用知柏地黄丸和血府逐瘀胶囊,治疗4周分别观察两组患者治疗前后Hcy、空腹血糖(FPG)、75g葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)2h血糖(2hPG)和中医临床症状变化。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后的Hcy、FPG和2hPG显著减低(P<0.05);中医临床症状积分显著减少(P<0.05)。结论:知柏地黄丸合血府逐瘀胶囊可以显著降低糖尿病前期患者Hcy和血糖,改善患者的临床症状。

Objective ：To observe the ettect of Zhibai Dihuang pill combined with Xuefuzhuyu capsule on homo- cysteine of patients with pre - diabetes. Methods ： There were 80 cases of Yin deficiency and intemal warming patients with pre - diabetes and they also sufferred from Qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome and they were randomly divided into a control group （40 cases） and a treatment group （40 cases）. Two groups used diet, exercise therapy and diabetes education. The treatment group used Zhibai Dihuang pills combined with Xue- fuzhuyu capsules, and the therapeutic treatment was for 4 weeks respectively to observe the two groups before and after treatment in patients with Hcy, fasting plasma glucose （FPG）, 75 g glucose tolerance test （OGTF） 2 hours blood glucose （2hPG） and clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine. Results：Compared with the control group, in the treatment group Hcy, FPG, 2hPG significantly lower after treatment（ P 〈 0.05） ; Chi- nese medicine clinical symptom integral was significantly reduced （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Zhibai Dihuang pill combined with Xuefuzhuyu capsule can significantly reduce Hcy and blood glucose among patients with pre- diabetes and can improve the clinical symptoms.
