摘要
目的:观察短瓣金莲花提取物(总黄酮)抗炎及内抗毒素作用;方法:采用小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性实验;大鼠足跖腱膜下注射100%新鲜鸡蛋清(0.1m L/只)和注射1%甲醛足肿胀实验观察提取物3个剂量组的抗炎作用。采用内毒素1.5mg/kg引起小鼠休克实验,观察短瓣金莲花提取物3个剂量组的抗内毒素作用。结果:短瓣金莲花提取物高、中、低剂量均能显著抑制醋酸所致小鼠毛细血管通透性增高(P〈0.01);高剂量可显著抑制药后1、2小时的蛋清性足肿胀(P〈0.05、0.01),中剂量可显著抑制药后2、3小时的蛋清性足肿胀(P〈0.01),低剂量可抑制药后2小时的蛋清性足肿胀(P〈0.05);3个剂量对大鼠甲醛性足肿胀在致炎后1~4天均有明显的抑制作用(P〈0.01),高剂量使内毒素引起小鼠死亡率明显减少(P〈0.01),中、低剂量对内毒素引起小鼠死亡的保护作用不明显(P〉0.05)。结论:短瓣金莲花提取物具有很好的抗炎及抗内毒素作用。
Objective: To observe the anti - inflammatory and anti - endotoxin effects of Trollius ledebouri extract Methods. The experiment of peritoneal capillary permeability in mice ; rats' paw swelling induced by egg white/formal dehyde saline solution were used to observe the anti - inflammatory effects of three dose groups from Trollius Chinensis extracts. Mice were injected intraperitoneally endotoxin to observe the anti - endotoxin effect. Results :Trollius Chinensis extracts( three dose groups)could significantly inhibit the increasing of capillary per- meabilit by acetic acid ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; high doses could significantly inhibit paw swelling induced by egg white af- ter 1,2 h medication (P 〈 0. 05 to 0. 01 ), middle dose was after 2,3 h medication ( P 〈 0. 01 ), and low dose can inhibit paw swelling after 2h medication (P 〈 0.05 ). Three dose groups significantly inhibited paw swelling induced by formaldehyde after 1 to 4 days medication (P 〈 0.01 ). High dose significantly reduced mortality in- duced by endotoxin (P 〈 0.01 ) ; middle and low- dose was not obvious (P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Trollius ledebouri extract has a good anti -inflammatory and anti -endotoxin effects.
