日粮中多不饱和脂肪酸n-6/n-3的比例对猪肉食用价值影响的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 健康饮食是人们追求的目标。然而,目前人类膳食中n-6/n-3多不饱和脂肪酸的比例已经超出健康范围,如何降低膳食中n-6/n-3多不饱和脂肪酸的比例已成为相关学者面临的课题。有报道称调节猪日粮中的n-6/n-3多不饱和脂肪酸的比例,对生产健康的猪肉产品具有重要意义。因此,综述调节日粮中多不饱和脂肪酸n-6/n-3比例对猪生长发育及肉质的影响,为生产更具有食用价值的猪肉提供参考。
