摘要
随着高端制造业对结构材料"轻量化"的迫切需要,铝及铝合金材料的应用变得越来越广泛,但表面性能已成为其进一步扩大应用的重要瓶颈。目前,微弧氧化是提高铝及铝合金表面性能的一种十分有效的方法。受基体合金元素等各种因素的影响,铝及铝合金微弧氧化膜层的相组成有所不同。综述了铝及铝合金微弧氧化陶瓷膜层相组成的最新研究成果,并进行了评论和分析,为其在高端领域的开发和应用提供参考。
With urgent need to lightweight structure materials in the high-end manufactur-ing industries, aluminum and aluminum alloys are increasingly used, but the surface perform-ance has hindered their development. At present, their surface performance can be greatly im-proved by micro-arc oxidation. But phase compositions of the micro-arc oxidation ceramic coatings are different due to various alloy elements in the matrix. For phase compositions of micro-arc oxidation coatings on aluminum and aluminum alloys, the research result is re- viewed and analyzed, as a reference for their application and development in the high-end in- dustries.
