Influence of intermediate annealing process on microstructure and mechanical properties of 5052 aluminum alloy

摘要 试验研究了中间退火对不同热轧态5052铝合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明,中间退火对热轧5052铝合金板的显微组织和力学性能均有显著的影响。经过中间退火热处理后晶粒长大,随着退火温度的升高晶粒长大更明显。经过中间退火处理后和中间退火后再轧制的板材,其第二相的组成没有发生改变,均由α-Al、Al82Fe18和Mg2Si三相组成。经过中间退火后合金的强度降低,伸长率得到提高。其中热轧变形量为54%的样品经过150℃保温4 h的中间退火,可获得较好的伸长率。热轧变形量为75%,经过70℃保温4 h中间退火后再轧制变形量为75%时,其伸长率最高,为5.4%。 The effect of intermediate annealing was studied on the microstructure and me- chanical properties of hot-rolled 5052 aluminum alloys with different processes. The results show that the influence is great. Grains grow larger after intermediate annealing and the grain size increases faster as the annealing temperature rises. For the plates after intermediate an- nealing and those after intermediate annealing and rerolling, the second phases of 5052 alu- minum alloy remain the same, consisting of α-Al,Al82 Fe18 and Mg2 Si. The tensile strength goes down and the elongation goes up after intermediate annealing. The elongation is im- proved after the plate is rolled with 54% reduction and intermediate annealed at 150℃ for 4 h. After the plate is hot-rolled with 75% reduction,intermediate annealed at 70℃ for 4 h and re-rolled with 75% reduction,the elongation is 5.4% ,which is the highest we can achieve.
