摘要
采用综合污染指数法评价了河北富岗食品有限责任公司苹果生产基地的大气、灌溉水、土壤质量,并检测了苹果果实质量。结果表明:该苹果产地生态环境优良,大气质量单项污染指数最大值为0.55,综合污染指数最大值为0.42;灌溉水各项指标远低于GB5084的规定,单项污染指数最大为0.15,综合污染指数范围0.24—0.41;土壤各项指标远低于GB15618中的二级标准,单项污染指数范围0.0042~0.58,综合污染指数范围0.51~0.70。该苹果产地的大气、灌溉水和土壤质量完全符合GB/T 19630.1—2011中规定的生产有机食品产地环境要求,生产出的苹果安全指标经检测符合国家标准,并获得了有机食品认证证书。
Air, irrigation water, soil quality were evaluated by comprehensive index method at the apple production base--Hebei Fu Gang Food Limited Liability Company, and apple safety qualities were tested. The results showed that the ecological environment was excellent at this apple production base, the maximum single pollution index (Pi) of air quality was 0.55, and the maximum comprehensive pollution index (P,) was 0.42. Each item of irrigation water quality was far below those in GB 5084, the maximum single pollution index was 0.15, and the comprehensive pollution indexes were from 0.24 to 0.41. Each item of soil quality was far below those of grade two in GB 15618, the single pollution indexes were from 0. 004 2 to 0.58, and the comprehensive pollution indexes were from 0.51 to 0.70. The qualities of air, irrigation water and soil were fully compliant with environmental requirements of organic food production in GB/T 19630.1--2011. The apple quality was compliant with national standard, and gained organic food certification.
