摘要
测定了40例慢性血吸虫病患者外周血粘附细胞和非粘附细胞产生白细胞介素-1(IL-1)和白细胞介素-2(IL-2)的能力。ConA刺激的病人非粘附细胞与正常对照相比,前者产生IL-2能力低下(P<0.001)。同时,由于病人Con A刺激后的母细胞对IL-2的吸收低于正常人细胞(P<0.01),说明其细胞表面表达的IL-2受体也存在缺损。另一方面,病人LpS刺激的粘附细胞产生的IL-1则与正常对照一致(P>0.05)。结果表明,人体随着血吸虫的感染能表现出一种IL-2产生和反应的抑制现象。
The ability of adherent and nonadherent peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) from forty patients with schistosomiasis to produce IL-1 and IL-2 was studied. The results indicated that ConA-stimulated nonadherent-PBMC from patients exhibited a decreasing ability to produce IL-2 compared with controls (P<0.001), and that their ConA-activated blast cells expressed a smaller number of cell surface IL-2 receptor since IL-2 adsorption to the patient cells was lower than that to the normal cells (P<0.01). On the other hand, IL-1 production by LpS-stimulated adherent-PBMC from the patients was in agreement with that from the normal controls (P>0.05). From above results, it seems that human organism following infection of Schistosoma japonicum might display a sort of supressive phenomenon n the production of and the response to IL-2.
