摘要
目的探讨咳嗽变异性哮喘者的临床诊断和治疗方法。方法随机将96例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿分为两组,每组48例。对照组采用酮替芬治疗,观察组采用孟鲁司特钠治疗。结果比较两组临床总有效率,发现观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿,可缩短患者治疗时间,提高治疗有效率,降低复发率。
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of cough variant asthma.Methods96 cases of children with cough variant asthma randomly divided into two groups, each group of 48 cases. Control group treated with methadone for Finn, observation group with meng LuSi sodium treatment.Results To compare the clinical total effective rate in both groups, found the observation group was signiifcantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Montelukast sodium special treatment for children with cough variant asthma can shorten the treatment time, improve the treatment efifciency, reduce the recurrence rate.
