剖宫产瘢痕妊娠并发大出血的临床治疗分析

Clinical Analysis on the Treatment of Scar Pregnancy Complicated With Hemorrhage of Cesarean Section

目的分析剖宫产瘢痕妊娠并发大出血临床治疗的方法及其效果。方法资料随机选自2013年7月-2014年7月本院收治的剖宫产瘢痕妊娠并发大出血患者50例,综合分析患者的具体情况采用不同的手术方式,并分析疗效。结果甲氨蝶呤联合清宫术治疗患者12例,成功9例;采用清宫术治疗35例,成功6例;行切开子宫取胚术治疗3例,成功3例,术中出血量最少为甲氨蝶呤联合清宫术治疗。结论清宫术、甲氨蝶呤联合清宫术、切开子宫取胚术均为治疗剖宫产瘢痕妊娠并发大出血的有效手段,临床应依据患者实际选用合理方案,以有效减少患者出血量。

ObjectiveAnalysis of cesarean scar pregnancy complicated by bleeding clinical treatment methods and their effects.Methods Randomly selected data from July 2013 to July 2014 our hospital cesarean scar pregnancy complicated by bleeding in 50 patients, a comprehensive analysis of the speciifc circumstances of the patient using different surgical methods, and analysis results.ResultsCurettage methotrexate therapy in patients 12 cases, 9 cases of success, with curettage treatment of 35 cases, six cases of success, embryo treatment of uterine incision three cases, the success of three cases, blood loss, at least for methotrexate therapy combined with curettage.Conclusion Curettage, methotrexate curettage, uterine incision surgery embryo effective means of cesarean scar pregnancies are complicated by bleeding treatment, patients should be based on actual clinical reasonable selection of programs to effectively reduce the amount of bleeding patients.
