手术切除联合皮质类固醇治疗眼眶炎性假瘤的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Orbital Pseudotumor Surgical Resection Combined With Corticosteroid Therapy

目的探讨手术切除联合皮质类固醇治疗眼眶炎性假瘤的临床效果。方法选取眼眶炎性假瘤患者50例,将其随机分为对照组及观察组,每组患者25例,观察两组患者治疗后的效果以及随访3年的复发情况。结果观察组总体治疗有效率为92%,较对照组的68%的治疗有效率显著要高,P<0.05。结论皮质类固醇和手术切除联合治疗对眼眶炎性假瘤可以取得很好的疗效,治疗后的治愈率较高。

ObjectiveTo investigate the surgical resection combined with corticosteroid therapy clinical effects of orbital inlfammatory pseudotumor. Methods Hospital orbital pseudotumor treated 50 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 25 patients in each group, the effect of the two groups were observed after treatment and follow-up of recurrence three years.Results The overall treatment effective rate of 92%, 68% of the treatment group compared with the control efifciency was significantly higher,P〈0.05.ConclusionCorticosteroid therapy and surgical resection of orbital pseudotumor can get a good effect, high cure rate after treatment .
