摘要
为研究腹腔镜手术治疗肝硬化合并胆囊结石患者的临床疗效,笔者选取70例肝硬化合并胆囊结石患者,分别行腹腔镜手术和普通开腹手术,并比较两组患者手术前后的临床、生化指标及并发症情况,结果证实腹腔镜手术治疗肝硬化合并胆囊结石临床疗效显著。
In order to study the clinical effect of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with gallbladder stones, the author selected 70 cases of liver cirrhosis complicated with cholecystolithiasis patients, laparoscopic operation and laparotomy were normal before and after operation, and compared between the two groups of patients with clinical, biochemical indexes and operation complications, the results confirm the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of hepatic cirrhosis complicated with gallbladder stones signiifcantly.
