腹腔镜胆囊切除术在治疗胆结石的临床应用

Clinical Application of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in the Treatment of Cholelithiasis

目的对腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆结石的临床应用进行研究分析。方法选取60例胆结石患者随机均匀分为两组,实验组采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术,对照组采用开腹胆囊切除术,对比两组手术时间、出血量、术后疼痛时间、住院时间以及并发症发生情况。结果实验组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛时间、住院时间显著少于对照组,实验组并发症发生几率为3.3%,对照组为16.7%。两组差异显著,P<0.05。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆结石,出血量少,疗效确切,并发症发生几率小,可显著提高患者生活质量。

Objective To analyze the clinical application of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for gallstones.MethodsSelect 60 cases of cholelithiasis patients were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group used laparoscopic cholecystectomy, the control group using open cholecystectomy, compared two groups of operation time, bleeding volume, postoperative pain, hospitalization time and complications.Results The operation time, operation of the experimental group were bleeding, postoperative pain, hospitalization time was signiifcantly less than that in the control group, the experimental group occurred complication probability was 3.3%, control group 16.7%. The difference between the two groups were significant,P〈0.05. Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy for gallstones, less bleeding, curative effect, complication probability is small, can signiifcantly improve the quality of life of patients.
