摘要
目的探讨宫腔镜水中毒的发生原因及预防措施。方法对1例宫腔镜手术并发水中毒的病例进行分析及总结预防措施。结果患者在术中发生水中毒症状,经对症治疗后痊愈出院。结论宫腔镜手术水中毒的预防关键在于预防灌注液的吸收,医务人员应提高认识,做好预防措施。
Objective To investigate the causes and preventive measures of hysteroscopy water intoxication purposes.Methods1 cases of hysteroscopic operation and water poisoning cases to analyze and summarize the preventive measures. ResultsIn patients with the occurrence of water poisoning symptoms during surgery, recovered and discharged after symptomatic treatment.Conclusion Hysteroscopy operation of water intoxication is the prevention of perfusion lfuid absorption, medical personnel should improve the understanding, prevention measures.
