摘要
目的探讨婴幼儿毛细支气管炎护理措施以及临床效果。方法将70例毛细支气管炎婴幼儿患者在常规治疗、护理的基础上,进行超声雾化吸入,同时配合叩背、健康教育,提高护理水平等综合护理措施。结果所有患儿均全部治愈出院,未发现明显并发症患儿。结论积极有效的治疗措施、合理的护理方法与家庭护理是防止婴幼儿毛细支气管炎出现的的重要条件。
Objective To investigate the nursing infant capillary bronchitis and clinical effect.Methods70 cases of capillary bronchitis patients with infants and young children on the basis of routine treatment and nursing, ultrasonic atomization inhalation method, at the same time cooperate with knocking back, health education, improve the level of care and comprehensive nursing measures.ResultsAll patients were all cured and discharged, found no significant complications.Conclusion Positive and effective treatment measures and reasonable nursing methods and family nursing is to prevent the occurrence of the infant capillary bronchitis important condition, is worth popularizing in clinical application.
