摘要
目的研究在全科护理中应用以人为本的基础健康教育的有效性。方法将本院全科所收治的60例患者,分作参照组和研究组各30例,参照组实施一般护理,研究组在一般护理基础上加以以人为本的基础健康教育,对比其有效性。结果研究组对于全科知识的认知率明显比参照组高(P<0.05);研究组自我护理的能力比参照组显著提高(P<0.05)。结论在全科护理当中应用以人为本的基础健康教育可提高患者认知率和自我护理的能力。
Objective To study the application of text-based people-effectiveness of health education in general nursing situation. Methods The general hospital treated 60 patients, divided into reference group and 30 patients in each study group, the reference group to implement general care, to be people-oriented research group based health care and education in general, based on the comparison of the effectiveness. Results The study group for general knowledge and awareness was signiifcantly higher than that of the reference group (P〈0.05), the ability to self-care study group was signiifcantly higher than the reference group (P〈0.05).Conclusion Text-based human health care and education in general which can improve the cognitive ability of patients rate and self-care.
