妊娠合并糖尿病32例围产期临床观察与护理

Clinical Observation and Nursing of 32 Cases of Pregnancy Associated With Diabetes in Perinatal Period

目的探讨围产期护理干预措施对妊娠合并糖尿病患者在临床上的影响。方法选取32例妊娠合并糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机分组,对照组行常规护理干预。观察组给予围产期护理干预。对比效果。结果观察组母婴并发症发生率明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论妊娠合并糖尿病围产期加强护理干预,有利于改善妊娠结局。

Objective To study the perinatal nursing interventions in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in clinic.Methods Selected 32 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus as the research object, stochastic analysis, the control group routine nursing intervention. The observation group was given perinatal nursing intervention. Contrast effects.Results The maternal and infant complications observation group was obviously lower than the control group,P〈0.05.Conclusion The pregnancy with diabetes in perinatal strengthen nursing intervention, to improve the pregnancy outcome.
