摘要
目的对妇科恶性肿瘤术后化疗患者生存质量的护理分析。方法将64例妇科恶性肿瘤患者分为对照组与实验组,术后化疗期间分别给予常规护理与综合护理干预,观察其对患者生存质量的影响。结果实验组生存质量评分明显优于对照组,差异比较具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论妇科恶性肿瘤术后化疗期间给予有效、综合的护理干预,可提高生存质量。
Objective To analyse gynecology malignant tumor chemotherapy in patients with postoperative survival quality of nursing.Methods 64 cases of gynecologic malignant tumor patients were divided into control group and experimental group, given different nursing during postoperative chemotherapy scheme, the quality of life were observed.Results The experimental group the patients quality of life score signiifcantly higher than control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention during postoperative chemotherapy for malignant tumors of department of gynaecology, can improve the quality of survival..
