浅谈护理安全管理对降低静脉输液风险的效果

Effect of Nursing Safety Management to Reduce the Risk of Venous Transfusion

目的探讨护理安全管理对降低静脉输液风险的应用效果。方法 2013年我院对静脉输液患者仅给予常规护理配合;2014年我院提出静脉输液可能发生的风险事件,查阅相关资料并结合以往静脉输液护理工作经验,制定符合本院实际情况的护理安全管理措施。结果 2013年我院静脉输液不良事件发生率(3.52%)显著高于2014年静脉输液不良事件发生率(0.59%)(P<0.05)。结论对静脉输液患者给予常规护理配合基础上加用护理安全管理有利于降低不良事件发生率,使患者获得更为满意的疗效及预后,保障其生活质量及生命安全。

Objective Explore the nursing safety management to reduce the risk of application effect of intravenous infusion. Methods2013 in our hospital were treated with intravenous lfuids with only routine care; 2014 in our hospital intravenous infusion may raise the risk of an event occurring, access to relevant information and intravenous infusion combined with previous work experience in nursing, to develop in line with the actual situation of hospital care-tube management measures.Results2013 in our hospital intravenous infusion rate of adverse events （3.52%） was signiifcantly higher than in 2014 intravenous infusion rate of adverse events （0.59%） （P〈0.05）.ConclusionFor intravenous infusion in patients treated with conventional care with the addition of nursing safety management helps reduce the incidence of adverse events, patients get a more satisfactory results and prognosis, quality of life and protect the lives and safety of its foundation.
