纳洛酮联合无创正压通气治疗中老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴呼吸衰竭的临床疗效研究

Clinical Study of Naloxone Combined With Non Invasive Positive Pressure Ventilation in the Treatment of Elderly Patients With Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease With Respiratory Failure

目的纳洛酮联合无创正压通气治疗中老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴呼吸衰竭的临床疗效研究。方法抽取2013年4月-2014年4月我院接收并采用纳洛酮联合无创正压通气治疗的中老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴呼吸衰竭患者30例为研究组,选取同期单纯采用无创正压通气治疗的中老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴呼吸衰竭患者30例为对照组,研究两组临床疗效。结果治疗后,研究组总有效率90.00%,高于对照组76.67%,比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论应用纳洛酮联合无创正压通气治疗中老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴呼吸衰竭的临床疗效较好。

Objective To study clinical efficacy of naloxone combined with non invasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure. Methods 30 cases of study group phtients with respiratory failure with setected from our hospital receiving and using of naloxone combined with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected, the simple use of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure patients 30 cases as control group, research two groups of clinical curative effects. Results The study group, the total efficiency of 90%, higher than that of the control group 76.67%, There was statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of naloxone combined effect of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure is better.
