72例奥硝唑与双唑泰栓在滴虫性阴道炎治疗中疗效对比

Compared With 72 Cases of Ornidazole and Metronidazole Curative Effect in the Treatment of Trichomonal Vaginitis

目的对奥硝唑与双唑泰栓在滴虫性阴道炎治疗中效果进行对比。方法选取72例滴虫性阴道炎患者,将患者分成对照组和观察组,对照组采用奥硝唑治疗,观察组采用双唑泰栓治疗,记录患者的治疗效果以及不良反应。结果观察组患者在治疗效果以及不良反应方面均较对照组差异明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论双唑泰栓能够有效治疗滴虫性阴道炎,具有良好的治疗效果。

Objective To ornidazole and metronidazole effect in the treatment of Trichomonas vaginitis comparison.Methods72 cases of trichomoniasis vaginitis patients, the patients were divided into a control group and the observation group and the control group Ornidazole treatment, observation group metronidazole therapy, record patient outcomes, and adverse reactions.ResultsThe study group than those in the treatment of patients with adverse effects and significant differences in terms of the control group （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. ConclusionMetronidazole can effectively treat trichomoniasis vaginitis, has a good therapeutic effect.
