阿米替林联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Amitriptyline Combined With Domperidone on Functional Dyspepsia

目的观察多潘立酮联合阿米替林治疗功能性消化不良临床疗效。方法对照组给予多潘立酮;观察组给予多潘立酮加阿米替林。连续治疗1个月。比较两组临床疗效和症状变化。结果观察组总有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,指标评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多潘立酮联合阿米替林治疗功能性消化不良临床疗效良好。

Objective To observe the Domperidone combined amitriptyline in the treatment of functional dyspepsia clinical efifcacy. Methods More than the control group given Domperidone, Observation group was given Domperidone and amitriptyline. 1 months in a row. Two groups of clinical curative effect and symptoms.ResultsThe total effective rate was signiifcantly superior to control group （P〈0.05）. After the treatment, the index score was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. ConclusionDomperidone combined amitriptyline in the treatment of functional dyspepsia clinical curative effect is good.
