西药临床合理用药的安全性及应对措施

Security and Measures of Western Medicine Clinical Reasonable Medication

目的针对西药临床合理用药的安全性及应对措施进行探讨。方法选择我院2013年1月-2014年1月收治的西药不良反应患者100例,对所有患者出现不良反应的原因与药物安全性进行回顾性分析。结果 7例为用药与诊断不符,7例小儿与妊娠患者未特殊考虑而导致药物不良反应,12例因剂型应用不当,38例因西药联合使用不当、17例因西药用量不当,10例因西药给药时间与时间间隔不当,9例因重复用药。结论临床上对西药进行合理用药是提高药物疗效,降低不良反应的保障,加强院内西药用药管理,针对其不良反应发生原因采取有效的应对措施,从而促进患者恢复健康。

Objective explore the safety of Western medicine for clinical rational drug use and countermeasures.Methods 100 patients with ADRs in our hospital from 2013 January to 2014 January were cases of all the patients, adverse reactions and drug safety reasons were analyzed retrospectively.Results 7 cases for the medication and inconsistent diagnosis, 7 cases of pediatric patients with pregnancy without special consideration and lead to adverse drug reactions in 12 cases because of improper application, dosage form, 38 cases by western medicine combined with the improper use of Western Medicine, 17 cases because of improper dosage, 10 cases by western medicine administration time and time interval in 9 cases because of improper, repeated drug use.Conclusion The clinical rational use of drugs of Western medicine is to improve drug efficacy, reduce the adverse reaction of the security, strengthen the management of the use of drugs in the hospital, take effective measures according to the reasons of adverse reactions, so as to promote patients recovery.
