摘要
目的对比不同给药方案对功能性消化不良(FD)患者的疗效。方法比较观察组和对照组4周后疗效、复发率与副反应情况。结果两组用药4周后总有效率依次为83.78%、96.00%,对照组远不及观察组效果理想(P<0.05)。结论给予FD患者采用泮托拉唑钠肠溶片联合莫沙必利治疗,治疗效果理想且远期观察复发率较低。
Objective Comparison of different drug regimens on functional dyspepsia （FD） patients. MethodsComparison between the experimental group and the control group after 4 weeks of efficacy and side effects, recurrence rate.Results The two groups after 4 weeks of treatment the total effective rate were 83.78%, 96%, far less than the control group the observation group ideal effect （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Given FD patients were treated by pantoprazole sodium enteric coated tablets combined with Mosapride, ideal treatment effect and the long-term observation of the recurrence rate is low.
