利巴韦林结合醒脑静注射液治疗小儿上呼吸道感染伴发热的临床效果观察

To Observe the Clinical Effect of Combination of Leigh Bhave Lin Fever Xingnaojing Injection in the Treatment of Upper Respiratory Tract Infection in Children

目的探讨利巴韦林联合醒脑静治疗小儿上呼吸道感染伴发热的临床效果。方法将我院接受治疗的100例上呼吸道感染伴发热的患儿作为研究对象,将其分为对照组与观察组各50例,对比观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率高达98.00%,明显优于对照组患者的82.00%,P<0.05。结论利巴韦林联合醒脑静注射液治疗方案效果更优。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect with fever ribavirin combined with Xingnaojing Injection in treatment of children with upper respiratory tract infection.MethodsOur hospital treatment of 100 cases with fever and upper respiratory tract infection of children as the research object, Be divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group, the contrast observation of clinical curative effect of two groups of patients.Results The total efifciency was up to 98%, signiifcantly better than the control group of 82% patients,P〈0.05.Conclusion Ribavirin combined with Xingnaojing injection treatment better effect.
